Why Victory Valley?
Planning and running a retreat should be the highlight of your ministry year. At Victory Valley, we view our role as Chief Ministry Enablers for you and your team. Let us handle all of the details of getting rooms set up, games prepared, meals planned, and more. We have staff who can even help you run portions of your program! Let us help you and your team focus on the reason you’re here: ministry with your students. We’ll take care of the rest!
Beyond the beauty of someone else handling all of the details, we also offer a wide variety of staffed activities. From rock walls, to our giant swing, to our high element course, or any of our three athletic fields, we’ve got outdoor adventure and excitement to spare.
Need indoor excitement too? We’ve got you covered with a full-sized gym for basketball, volleyball (two courts), blacklight dodgeball, indoor climbing wall, fully stocked game room, and more. At the Valley, we know fun is usually the draw for your students, so let us help you advertise!
And of course, no retreat would be complete without awesome and abundant food. Let us help you build a menu your whole crew will enjoy, including snacks and desserts while accommodating many dietary restrictions. Our Kitchen Manager has you covered.
2024 Example Prices
Our group packages for 50 or more guests include all meals, use of our cabins, full access to the entire 73-acre campus, including six campfire sites, three athletic fields, GaGa pit, sand volleyball court, pavilion, creek, tree forts, full-sized gym, game room, large conference room, boating and fishing on our pond, our portable Bose sound system, and projector with screen.

Victory Valley prioritizes the training and development of our Summer Missionary Staff to ensure campers have their Best Week of the Year. Our Day Camp Counselor to camper ratio of 1:5 allows our staff to care for each camper, building memories that last a lifetime. Your camper may come for the activities, or to have an awesome time with their friends, but they will leave with stories about their amazing counselors which we pray will encourage them for life!
